At Goodhood Worldwide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all orders. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and designer labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Print your generated return label, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
